Loravian: Easy Returns & Exchange Policy

Our 180-Day Project Promise

We want you to be fully equipped for success with your Loravian tools. If a product doesn't meet your project needs, we make the return process simple and transparent.

To initiate a return, please email us at service@loravian.com with your Order Number and the name of the tool(s) you wish to send back. You have a generous 180-day window from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that your item(s) meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: Tools must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Authorization: Returns sent to our Chicago facility without prior approval from our Customer Service Team cannot be accepted.
  • Final Sale: Please note that clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Fees: Initial shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and specific instructions.

  • Shipping Responsibility: Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To guarantee your refund is processed, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Processing Time: We work hard to process all refunds quickly; please allow up to 14 days after our team receives the item for your request to be completed.
  • Refund Issuance: Once processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If you do not see the credit within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your equipment immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong tool, contact us at service@loravian.com right away.

The Loravian Guarantee: In many cases involving defects or shipping damage, you won’t need to return the faulty item—we will resolve the issue immediately and send a replacement to keep your project on track!

Exchanges & Order Changes

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange a tool is to return your original purchase first. Once approved, simply place a new order for the desired item on our website.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Because our fulfillment team dispatches orders early each morning, we cannot accept cancellations outside of this window.
  • Corrections: If you need to fix a shipping address or order error, contact us immediately before the item ships.

Missing Orders

Our estimated shipping time is 5–8 business days (plus 1–3 business days for processing). If your order has not arrived within this window, please allow an additional 5 business days for unforeseen courier delays. If your order still hasn't arrived after a total of 15 business days, contact us for an immediate replacement.

Return Address

 A return shipping label provided by Loravian is required before sending any items.
